Sororities at CSU

At Columbus State University, there are a total of 8 sororities housed under two different Councils: College Panhellenic Council (CPH) and National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC).

A sorority is a sisterhood for life. It is a group of women who work and interact closely with each other to achieve goals, both individual and common to the group. Each sorority at CSU strives to develop the greatest potential of each sister according to her individual talents, skills and personality.

Women who are interested in joining a sorority at Columbus State University need to have a minimum of a 2.50 high school or college cumulative GPA. Women interested in joining a CPH sorority must go though Formal Recruitment. Women interested in joining an NPHC sorority must attend Nine Torches to learn more about Intake. A full listing of activities and events can be found on the Fraternity and Sorority Life Calendar. For more information on fraternity recruitment, contact Zoya Johnson, CPH Vice President of Recruitment, or Rain Mitchel, NPHC President.
